POTOMAC "The Base Edition"

The Potomac Collection features a line of nostalgic manual-winding instruments that harken back to the era of pocket watches, replicating that vintage experience on the wrist.

Drawing inspiration from the pioneers of early railroad transportation who traversed the region's landscapes. Exhibition case-backs offer a glimpse into their inner workings, showcasing an array of meticulously reworked Unitas movements. Originally crafted for American pocket watches and later adapted for wristwatches worn by railroad workers over a century ago.

Fast-forward to the present day, where Towson's watchmakers have revitalized the Unitas movement, repurposing it to resurrect the fading tradition of American watchmaking and horological design.

The Potomac Collection pays homage to the legacy of American craftsmanship and innovation.

The dial of the Potomac extends this patriotic theme, reflecting the aesthetic of the railroad era. This design captures the essence of a time when American industry and progress were celebrated. The watch's functions include tracking the passage of time with its minute and hour hands, while a seconds sub-dial is positioned at the 6 o'clock mark, adding to its vintage charm.

A tribute to the bygone era of pocket watches and early railroad transportation. It encapsulates the legacy of American watchmaking, melding historical aesthetics with modern craftsmanship to create a timepiece that reflects the spirit of innovation and industry that defined that period.
