We do offer consultations prior to purchase and work closely with our customers to ensure they are confident in the timepiece they choose. Every new Towson Watch is covered by a 2-year warranty, with service and repair handled through Towson Watch Company's work with Baltimore Watch Company — see our Service & Repair page to start a request.
When our customers commit to a Towson Watch and place their first order here on the website, a relationship with the brand is established. The customer is permanently listed in the TWC Registry alongside the unique reference number engraved on the back of their watch. We do offer exchanges within two weeks of delivery if the item is imperfect. In this case, the customer may choose a different item.
