Registered TWC timepieces with a reference number and serial number engraved on the back have a lifetime warranty. We encourage owners to send their TWC timepiece directly to us at any moment servicing or repair is deemed necessary. We will attend to it and have it shipped back to you within two weeks. This service is complementary.
Orders are typically fulfilled within one week of payment. Shipments are insured and require a signature. All orders include a wooden box, manual, signed warranty page, leather travel pouch, and an additional leather strap.
Due to the limited production of our timepieces and online environment in which we distribute them, returns are not accepted. We do offer consultations prior to purchase and strive to work as closely with our customers as possible to ensure the utmost satisfaction with the timepiece they choose. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, big or small, before making your purchase as we want to see you thrilled with your investment for years to come. In any case, customers may send their watch back to us for complementary servicing or repair whenever deemed necessary.
When our customers commit to a Towson Watch and place their first order here on the website, a relationship with the brand is established. The customer is permanently listed in the TWC Registry alongside the unique reference number engraved on the back of their watch. We do offer exchanges within two weeks of item delivery. If you wish to have a different model instead, that is arrangeable.
We specialize in offering the complete watch. This entails providing the highest-grade quality at each level from the case and dial to the movement. We work with our friends in Switzerland to source high-grade components. Our in-house master watchmakers give us the ability to provide chronometer-grade accuracy. Our German collaborators and growing team of local artisans are experts in decoration and metalsmithing. We assemble the movement in accordance with standard ETA regulations. We then modify the structure to fit our cases and intended utilities. Final calibration, testing and placement into the case is conducted by the apprentices of Hartwig Balke and George Thomas.
Link 1Link 2Link 3Aside from the strap options listed on each product page, custom options are restricted for timepieces in the Chesapeake Collection. The Mission Collection offers a wider range of opportunity with an array of dial color, tachymeter, and hand-set combinations available for each reference. We do offer case-finish modification and component plating for registered Towson Watch owners who desire specialized custom work after two years of ownership. Immediate-request laser engraving will be available again as soon as possible. Production of gold Benzinger rotors and 18k gold cases is currently paused.
Additional custom-options available right away for any Caliber 7751-based reference include cathedral-style hands, high-contrast white hands for enhanced readability, smiling or bare-faced moonphase and/either a cut-out or filled rotor. Customers may inquire for a specific case number. Options remain limited. Please email us separately once you have placed your purchase order to have us attend to your custom request.
